Director of Child & Youth Services

Deanna is an experienced educator and community builder who believes that every child deserves a welcoming space to learn and grow. With a background in mathematics and years of work in tutorial services and youth outreach, she is passionate about creating programs that spark curiosity and confidence. As Director of Child and Youth Services, she is committed to helping young people thrive academically, socially, and beyond.

Talissa ONeal

Director of Conservation of Homestead and Garden

Talissa is a passionate advocate for holistic wellness who sees gardening as both self-care and a form of therapy. As a mother and community leader, she believes gardens can be powerful spaces for healing, education, and connection. In her role as Director of Homestead & Gardening, she is committed to growing healthier lives and stronger communities from the ground up.
